The theatre opened on November 22, 1927 with Funny Face.Recent were Angels in America (2018), Cats (Revival 2016), GiGi; The Illusionists (2015), Last Ship; All the Way (2014), Big Fish (2013), Scandalous; Jesus Super Star Revival (2012) and Catch Me If Yo Can (2011).

Matthew said his favorite role were Buddy Foster in Sideshow. I was a fan in college. He also said Tony in West Side Story. I did it nine years ago. It was a beautiful role.
